This includes but is not limited to ISP-level blocking, throttling, filtering, or regional restrictions.

Our services are provided "as-is" and their accessibility depends on factors including your internet connection, ISP policies, geographic location, and local network configuration. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and cannot be held liable for any inability to connect to or use our services due to external network factors.

Users experiencing connectivity issues should contact their ISP, check local network settings, or consult our support documentation for troubleshooting guidance. No refunds or credits will be issued for connection problems caused by third-party network providers or infrastructure.

7. Virtualization & Restricted Environments

Our software is designed to run exclusively on physical hardware and is strictly prohibited from being executed in virtualized, emulated, or sandboxed environments. This includes but is not limited to virtual machines (VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, QEMU, etc.), containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud computing instances, remote desktop services, emulators, or any other form of hardware abstraction layer.

The use of our Products in any virtualization environment, regardless of the underlying technology, is a direct violation of these Terms of Service and will result in immediate license termination without refund. Our software includes detection mechanisms to identify virtualized environments, and any attempts to bypass, circumvent, or disable these protections constitute a breach of this agreement.

Additionally, our software must not be run on systems with debugging tools, reverse engineering software, memory editors, packet analyzers, or any other tools that could be used to inspect, modify, or interfere with the normal operation of our Products. The presence of such tools may result in automatic license suspension or termination.

We reserve the right to implement technical measures to prevent execution in unauthorized environments and to deny service to any system that does not meet our security and integrity requirements. No refunds, credits, or exceptions will be granted for licenses terminated due to violations of this policy.

8. User Obligations

You agree not to misuse our Products or help anyone else do so. You must use the Products only in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all game terms of service and community guidelines.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Products immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Products will cease immediately. All provisions that should survive termination shall remain in effect.
