Refund Policy

Last Updated: June 13, 2026

1. Policy Overview

At Kairy's Den, we provide digital products in the form of software license keys. Given the nature of these products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or credits once a purchase has been completed. This policy ensures the security and integrity of our digital licensing system.

2. Final Sales

All purchases made on our platform are considered final. By completing the checkout process, you agree that you understand and accept this policy. No exceptions will be made to this rule, regardless of circumstances. Please ensure you understand what you are purchasing before completing your transaction.

3. License Activation

License keys are automatically delivered to you upon successful completion of your purchase. Once the license key has been issued, it is considered activated and is linked to your account. Activation is confirmed through various identifiers, including your device's Hardware ID, logged IP address, and usage activity.

These identifiers ensure that the license is uniquely tied to you and cannot be transferred or refunded once activated. Any attempt to misuse or transfer the license will result in immediate termination of the license without a refund.

4. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

Once a license key has been activated, as indicated by its use on a device identified by Hardware ID, IP address, or usage activity, it is no longer eligible for a refund. This includes cases where the software is incompatible with your system or where you no longer wish to use the product.

Please ensure that your system meets all requirements before purchasing, and thoroughly review all product information provided. We recommend checking system compatibility and reading all product descriptions carefully.

5. Connectivity & ISP Issues

No refunds will be issued for inability to access our services or API due to Internet Service Provider (ISP) blockages, network restrictions, DNS filtering, regional limitations, or any connection issues caused by third-party network infrastructure. This includes but is not limited to ISP-level blocking, throttling, government restrictions, or local network configurations.

Users are responsible for ensuring their network environment can access our services before purchasing. We provide our services "as-is" and do not guarantee compatibility with all ISPs, network configurations, or geographic regions. If you experience connection problems, we recommend consulting with your ISP, checking local firewall settings, or reviewing our troubleshooting documentation.

Service interruptions, API downtime, or authentication issues caused by external network factors beyond our control do not qualify for refunds, credits, or license extensions. This policy applies regardless of the duration of the connectivity issue.
